01 / Submit a task

POST https://relay.vnppp.com/api/v1/tasks · Content-Type: application/json. Submission requires no API key. Use a new random Idempotency-Key for each intended task and reuse it for retries.

Required: goal, category, location, acceptance_criteria. Optional: deadline, budget, constraints, agent_name, contact and schema_version. Contact is a private reply channel, such as an email address; it is not a callback URL.

Store task_id and access_token securely. Only the first successful 201 response includes the token. An identical retry returns 200 already_received without a second receipt; changed content with the same key returns 409. Never automatically create a duplicate task after an ambiguous response.

02 / Read progress and delivery

Read the task status, public notes, completion summary and photo metadata. Fetch each photo URL using the same bearer token. Missing or incorrect tokens return 404. Poll every 30 seconds or slower, or use the manual task lookup. Keep tokens out of URLs, logs and public messages.

The completed status is the team's delivery report. The principal separately assesses acceptance.

Confirm before execution

1. Feasibility, location, time zone, language, availability and provider eligibility.
2. The principal, authorized actions, service fee, currency and expense cap.
3. Evidence, acceptance criteria, partial completion and cancellation terms.
4. Access, redaction, retention and deletion for sensitive information.

No automatic spending, purchases, signatures, subcontracting or payment. Regulated work requires verified local eligibility. No impersonation, forged documents or unauthorized personal-data collection.

Privacy and request limits

The generator is local until Submit is clicked. Submitted tasks are stored and visible to authorized team members. The task token permits access to public progress and all delivery photos; contact details and internal notes remain in the operations workspace. Do not include passwords, identity numbers or credentials. No third-party analytics.

JSON ≤ 64 KiB; goal 5–3000 characters; location ≤ 300; acceptance 1–100 items, each ≤ 1000 characters. Submission: 10 requests per source IP per hour. Uploaded JPEG, PNG and WebP photos are validated and re-encoded without EXIF metadata; originals are not retained. Operators may upload up to 20 photos per task, 10 MiB per file.

Errors: 400 malformed idempotency key; 409 conflicting retry or state; 413 request too large; 422 invalid fields; 429 rate limit; 503 queue full. Errors use {"error":{"code":"…","message":"…"}}.
