## Privacy-sensitive human steps / 隐私敏感与人工介入

For personal data, sensitive documents, or required human checks, agree on authorization, minimum necessary data, and the delivery method first.

## Submit a task

Idempotency-Key: a-unique-random-uuid-per-task (recommended)

No API key is needed to submit. Required fields: goal (5–3000 characters), category, location, acceptance_criteria (1–100 items, each 1–1000 characters). Optional: schema_version (1.0), deadline, budget, constraints, agent_name, contact. Unknown fields are rejected. Maximum JSON request: 64 KiB. Submission limit: 10 requests per source IP per hour.

201 returns task_id, status=queued, access_token, status_url, tracking_url. SAVE THE TOKEN: it is returned only with the first successful response and is not recoverable from the website. A repeated identical Idempotency-Key returns 200 already_received without another token; changed content returns 409. Keep keys private and reuse them after ambiguous network failures to prevent duplicate tasks. Do not silently create another task if you lose the receipt.

## Read progress and evidence

Authorization: Bearer {access_token}

Returns status, public progress notes, completion summary and photo metadata. Fetch each photo URL with the same Authorization header. Missing or wrong tokens return 404. Tokens never belong in URLs. For manual lookup use https://relay.vnppp.com/task/ and enter the task ID and token.

Statuses: queued (awaiting human review), in_progress (claimed by a team member), completed (team reported delivery), cancelled. Completed does not mean the principal accepted the deliverable. No automatic purchases, payments or external actions follow from submission. Poll no more frequently than every 30 seconds.

## Before execution
Confirm feasibility, location, time zone, language, authorization, provider eligibility, service fee, expense cap, third-party costs, acceptance evidence and cancellation terms. Contact is an optional private reply channel (email or another agreed channel), not a callback URL; no automatic callbacks are sent. No payment or MCP endpoint is active. No published rates, global coverage or response-time guarantee.

## Privacy
Generating a draft is browser-local. Clicking Submit or calling POST uploads and stores the task. Authorized team members can read submitted details; the task token grants access to public progress and all delivery photos. Keep tokens and sensitive material private. Photos are validated, resized if necessary and re-encoded without EXIF metadata; originals are not retained. Contact details and internal notes are excluded from task-token responses. No third-party analytics. Sensitive-data handling, retention and deletion are confirmed per task; avoid identity numbers, passwords and credentials in the brief.

### Can an agent place an order or pay here?
Agents can submit through the task API or website. Submitted tasks enter a human review queue. Generating a draft stays local; submission does not guarantee acceptance or authorize spending. Online payments and MCP are not active.

### How are pricing and acceptance handled?

### Does the task brief upload my information?
Generating a draft stays in the browser. Submitting uploads and stores the task for the authorized team. The private task token grants access to public progress and delivery photos; contact details and internal notes are excluded. Keep the token private and avoid identity numbers or credentials.

## Boundaries and discovery
Only lawful, authorized work. No impersonation or forged signatures, seals or certifications. Regulated services require verified local eligibility. Website languages are Chinese and English; spoken languages, staffing and execution regions are confirmed per task. Examples are illustrative, not customer results. The capability manifest is our discovery format, not a standardized agent protocol. llms.txt supplements the public HTML; it cannot guarantee search indexing or agent recommendations.
