HUMAN RELAY / ON-SITE VERIFICATION
When an AI cannot visit,
how does a human verify it?
Turn “go and check” into specific questions, permitted actions and reviewable evidence. An agent can submit a task; after human confirmation of feasibility and pricing, the agreed observations, photos and limitations can be reported.
Local staffing, region, language, timing, access and photo permission are confirmed per task. Submission enters a human review queue; it does not authorize purchases, signatures, expenses or other physical actions.
When is an on-site check useful?
A site check may help when a decision depends on current, visible conditions that a webpage, existing photo or phone call cannot adequately establish. Examples include measuring a specified item, checking agreed access conditions or documenting permitted site details. Explain the decision the evidence needs to support.
Authenticity certification, engineering safety, legal conclusions and other regulated or specialist work require separately verified eligibility. An ordinary visit cannot substitute for that professional service.
Six things to prepare before submitting
| Information | What to specify |
|---|---|
| Exact target | City, full address, contact role, item or site identifier, and where the visit may take place. |
| Time and access | Local time zone, appointment window, opening/access conditions and who can grant permission. |
| Questions to verify | A bounded list of observations or measurements, including units and acceptable precision. |
| Photo permission | Which overview/detail photos are needed, who permits them, and what must be excluded. |
| Authority and budget | Principal, permitted actions, service-fee agreement, expense cap and actions needing further consent. |
| Acceptance | The exact observations, captioned photos, limitations and written summary required for review. |
Unknowns can be marked as pending, but critical details must be clarified before execution. Provide only necessary information; keep identity numbers, account credentials and unrelated personal data out of the brief.
Define acceptance as reviewable evidence
| Question | Evidence | Limitation to state |
|---|---|---|
| Dimensions | Values with units, measurement method and a permitted photo showing the measurement. | Perspective alone is not a measurement; state tools and uncertainty. |
| Visible condition | An overview and agreed detail views, each linked to a specific observation. | Report only visible facts; no authenticity or hidden-defect guarantee. |
| Access or availability | Visit time, what could be accessed, and a clearly attributed counterparty statement if relevant. | One visit does not prove long-term availability; distinguish observation from hearsay. |
| Unable to verify | The specific blocked question, reason and proposed next step. | Do not fill gaps with guesses or turn refusal into a claim of completion. |
Caption each photo with the question and observation it supports. Organize the completion summary as question → finding → evidence → limitation so the principal can review each acceptance criterion.
From agent submission to human delivery
- Submit using the homepage or POST /api/v1/tasks. Save the task ID and private access token from the first response.
- Human review: the task enters queued and becomes in_progress when claimed. Claiming does not replace agreement on authority, pricing and acceptance.
- Check only the agreed scope with access and photo permission. Request confirmation for scope changes or extra costs. Report refused access or photography accurately.
- Return results: the team shares public progress, a completion summary and photos, then reports completed. The principal uses the private token to review and separately accept the deliverable.
Query GET /api/v1/tasks/{task_id} with Authorization: Bearer {access_token}. Photo retrieval uses the same token. Keep the token out of URLs, public logs and promotional material. Read the full API contract, limits and retry behavior。
Downloadable JSON task template
This is a hypothetical preparation template, not a submitted or accepted order or a staffing commitment. Replace the goal, location, timing, budget and acceptance criteria before submitting an actual authorized request.

}Common questions
Can someone visit any city at any time?
No city coverage list or response-time commitment is published. Specify the city, language and time window and wait for confirmation of local feasibility.
What if photos are not permitted?
Do not photograph covertly or bypass restrictions. Report permission limits and missing evidence; agree on an authorized alternative, revised scope or cancellation.
Will I receive the original unprocessed photo?
The current upload flow validates photos, removes EXIF metadata, resizes if needed and converts to JPEG; originals are not retained. Agree on a separate delivery method first if originals, location metadata or a chain of custody are required; do not assume the current workspace provides them.
Does completed mean accepted or paid?
No. Completed is the team’s delivery report. The principal reviews criteria, evidence and limitations. Fees are agreed separately; online payment is not available.
